New Customers Only: When you install a new server in our data center that uses less than or equal to 120 Watts for each 1U of rack space, we will send you a credit to take 15% off on your first month's bill.
This discount is for new customer accounts only and is limited to one server per account. Discount only applies to server equipments. Does not apply to network equipments such as routers and switches. TowardEX reserves the right to solely determine at its own discretion on whether the equipment is a server or a network device.

Sending a new server and want it virtualized with VMware ESXi? Just ship it to us, we'll install it for you, for free.
For New Customers Only: If you are installing a brand new server and need to have it run from the get go with VMware ESXi virtualization hypervisor, just let us know and ship the server to our data center. We will install VMware ESXi on it for you, so you don't have to. Oh, and we won't charge you for technician time. Very simple, you don't even have to drive here to bring up your server.
Customer agrees that all data on the server will be destroyed and the device will be reformatted from scratch with virtualization hypervisor software. Customer agrees that it will not hold TowardEX liable for any claim of data loss as a result of having TowardEX perform the installation.

For New Customers: For each new server you're installing in our data center that is running a qualified virtualization hypervisor, we will apply $50 credit on your next month's bill.
For Existing Customers: For each existing server that is currently not virtualized, we will give you $50 credit on your next month's bill if you fully virtualize the server with a qualified virtualization hypervisor. Existing servers that are already virtualized do not qualify -- only applies for non-virtualized servers that are getting converted for virtualization.
Customer must notify TowardEX within 15 days after virtualization implementation. Discount shall not be retroactively applied and will not be approved on any servers that are already virtualized.
TowardEX will not proactively audit or search for virtualized servers to offer discounts on and any acts of omission by TowardEX shall not imply approval of discount nor would such act or omission hold TowardEX liable for any settlement or compensation to the customer. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to notify TowardEX within 15 days after implementing server virtualization to be qualified for a discount. Approval of discount shall occur once TowardEX confirms and concurs with the customer on successful implementation of server virtualization.
Server must be running a qualified virtualization hypervisor and must be dedicated for virtualization -- in other words, it cannot run an existing operating system and run a virtualization software on top of it -- it must run a dedicated hypervisor.
Qualified hypervisors are: VMware ESX/ESXi, Xen Hypervisor, Citrix XenServer, Microsoft Windows Hyper-V Server

- Power distribution voltage to customers is between 208 to 240 Volts. The higher voltage provides additional energy efficiency and also helps in improving lifetime of customer equipment.
